Bathroom

Despite being the smallest room of the property, the bathroom has always been one of the most challenging and important places to design. Bathroom space design was once limited to its functionality, maintenance, and privacy. However, in the past few years, this space has undergone a significant changes. It goes far beyond the concept of sanitising, it can be considered as a health physiotherapy station for a casual physical treatment such as a relaxing spa or warm bathing treatment.

The bathroom is the most difficult space of the property to decorate because it involves many related parts  such as pipes, circuits, corners, moisture and ventilation within a limited space area. Bathroom accessibility and universal design principles aim to create a fine space that is usable by people of all ages and sizes. These principles focus on ensuring that the bathroom is safe, comfortable and functional for everyone.

Many property owners hope their bathroom has a multi-function which plays many roles in this small “wonderland”. However, the others love to divide the functional areas of the bathroom reasonably so as to avoid confusion and oppression in the space, for example, you can use the bathtub in combination with the shower room to save space.
